1. Use of Our Services

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of a minor. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.

2. Orders and Payments

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in local currency and may include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices and menu items at any time.

Payments are processed securely through our designated payment gateway. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the total amount of your order to your selected payment method.

3. Meal Subscription Service

  • Meal Plans

    • 5 Days per Week Plan: This plan includes 5 meals per week, amounting to a total of 20 meals per month.
    • 6 Days per Week Plan: This plan includes 6 meals per week, amounting to a total of 24 meals per month.

4. Pausing Your Meal Delivery

  • Subscribers may pause their meal delivery service, but this option is available only for vacation purposes.
  • To pause your meal delivery, you must notify us via email at least 48 hours in advance of the intended pause. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in continued meal delivery and charges.

5. Delivery and Pick-Up

We offer delivery and pick-up services within specified areas. Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate. If a delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or absence of the recipient, additional charges may apply.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Orders can be canceled or modified within a limited time frame after placing the order. Once an order is in preparation or out for delivery, it cannot be canceled.

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us immediately. Refunds or replacements may be offered at our discretion, depending on the circumstances.

7. General Conditions

  • Meal plans are calculated on a monthly basis. Unused meals within a month do not roll over to the next month.
  • Any pauses must be communicated and confirmed via email to ensure proper service adjustment.
  • The company reserves the right to request documentation or clarification for vacation pauses to maintain service integrity.

8. Allergies and Dietary Requirements

We take food safety seriously and strive to accommodate dietary requirements. However, we cannot guarantee that our meals are free from allergens. It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing your order.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of The Tiffin House and protected by copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Tiffin House shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to, delays in delivery, food allergies, or product defects.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Canada.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the “Last updated” date revised accordingly. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
